Setup T-mobile internet on my vacation home. When setting up I changed the password and connect my Nest Thermostat and ring doorbell to the T-Mobile internet. Things were great until the Hurricane. System went offline and required a reset. The reset worked, but reset the password back the the admin password and now my Nest and Ring cant connect. I tried connecting to the modem via the IP address, but multiple attempts do not connect. T-Mobile supports states that are not allowed to change password on my behalf. Do I have any options to change this password remotely. I am currently out of the state- HELP !82Visto0likes0ComentariosPlayStation Remote Play ios app
Sony just updated their Remote play app which enables a user the ability to log into your console over a mobile network. When I try to connect via LTE on my XS Max, I get an error. When I check my NAT type through the app on the mobile network, it returns an error failed. I think this is the problem and would really like to get this resolved. The error code is 8801e209.9.5KViews10likes35ComentariosGetting RDP to work through TMobile home Internet
I've had Remote Desktop working with Comcast/Xfinity for quite a few years. Is there a trick to getting this setup on TMobile Home Internet? I'm not seeing how to setup port forwarding in the TMobile router, and my Netgrear router which handles Wifi and network access is setup correctly. ¿Tienes alguna idea?2.5KViews1like4ComentariosRemote reset and network drop
We are new T-Mobile internet gateway customers. We are experiencing drop-off of our internet (wireless) even when our new (Nokia) gateway is showing connectivity. Only action to fix, so far, is to reset by power-off/power-on. Thats fine if we are home. Is there a remote reset procedure for the Nokia gateway that can accomplish this in case we are on the road and the network drops offline? Important because our furnace and security systems are running through this network.7KViews3likes21ComentariosRemote Gateway Start
Regularly, when I wake, I find my internet service is down. My usual fix is to do a restart of the gateway. But, If we are out of town for an extended period I need a way to do a restart remotely. I am wondering what the steps would be to do a remote restart of my T-Mobile gateway so I can access my devices such as thermostat, weather station, etc.?1KViews0likes1ComentarioRemote Desktop Not Working
I am evaluating T-Mobile Home Internet to try to replace Comcast and I have a new T-Mobile KVD21 Arcaydyan modem. Everything on my network works fine except for Remote Desktop. I use Remote Desktop quite a bit for both connecting to a desktop computer on the same home network from other areas in my house and connecting to a desktop computer in another location outside of my local home network. I use Logmein Hamachi to create a VPN connection and the standard Windows 10 Remote Desktop application (RDP) to make a connection Logmein Hamachi is able to successfully create a VPN connection to both computers that I am trying to access but I then can't get a Remote Desktop connection I've read all the posts on this forum related to this topic and it seems to be a limitation of the T-Mobile router and there doesn't seem to be a solution. This is an important capability to me and if I can't get it to work, I will have to discontinue my evaluation of T-Mobile Home Internet. I have filed a ticket with T-Mobile support and have not yet gotten a response. Is there any hope of solving this problem in the future? I'm really disappointed that I can't get this to work because I think 5G Home Internet has enormous potential for the future; however, perhaps the technology is immature at this time.2.3KViews0likes8Comentarios
