velocidad lenta

Why is TMobile 5G so slow? The only time my S22 Ultra is even close to 4G speeds is when connected to wifi. On 5G it's worse than 2G. I've had my sim card replaced but no change. I'm sitting in the middle of Scottsdale, AZ and can't hardly get a web page to open. I miss calls and get texts hours or days later. I tried a TMobile store but they are of zero help, all they do is sell stuff. If no one at Tmobile can help fix this then Iam going to switch to Verizon. None of my Verizon friends have this issue, Verizon 5G is super fast.8KViews2likes17ComentariosUpload speeds much faster than download speeds
So I recently switched to T-Mobile Home internet since it advertises good speeds and no data caps. When I first set up the gateway, I was shocked. Speeds were blazing fast. I was consistently getting speeds between 70mbps and 170mbps. This went on for roughly 6 weeks, and then the service became completely unusable. Speeds were consistently below 1mbps and on a good day I could make it into the teens. I called customer support just about every day trying to sort things out, but got nowhere. Ifinally got a call from an engineer who said, "I should expect varying speeds based on my location" and closed out my case. Not a single person can tell me why everything worked so well but then tanked. I then called and had them send me a new gateway device. I set it up and speeds were again in the 60-100 range for about 2 days, and then went back to being unusable. I then started to notice that most tests showed my upload speeds to be significantly higher than my download. I also set up a fan to rule out overheating which has made little to no difference. Today, I decided to see if my signal could be the issue, so I drove to the base of the 5g tower in my city plugged in my gateway with full bars of connectivity and ran a speed test. My results showed my download speed at 2.62mbps and my upload at 59.3 mbps. I ran the test several times over about a 30 minute period on both mine and my wife's phone and got very similar results on every single test. I'm holding out for Starlink and will be abandoning TMobile as soon as possible if they can't resolve this issue, but in the mean time, I would like to know if anyone has any ideas as to why these speeds are so backwards or possibly have suggestions for things I can do to try to fix the issue myself.5KViews3likes15Comentarioshorrible upload speed
Ok so I'm new to T-Mobile home internet but I've came across a issue. I'm getting 4-12 ping, 130-190mbsdownload, but I'm only getting around 3-4.8mbs upload, that is thru Ethernet, if I go to WiFi the numbers are the same beside upload goes up to 5.2-8.3mbs…. What could be going on? Phone support was no help at all.3.6KViews1like6ComentariosT-Mobile Home Internet is not ready for Primetime
I honestly can't wait until fiber is laid up our street as T-Mobile's home internet literally sucks. There's no way one can dependably stream video, and 4K video is out of the question. How they can honestly call this service 5g blows me away. We're now supplementing tmobile's home internet with DSL. We're getting a rock solid 56 Mb download speed with our DSL while tmobile's download speedis anywhere from 1-25 Mb. The only reason we're keeping tmobile is because the upload speeds are a consistent 60-75 Mb, and my wife occasionally needs to upload large graphics files. We've had the service for a year and I can't wait to drop it.1.1KViews2likes4ComentariosIs my neighbor's 4G LTE Cellspot degrading my service?
For reference I live in an apartment building which has acceptable T-Mobile service as I'vegone years without any issues living here. A new neighbor hasmoved in recently, and I noticed that I havebeen experiencingworse call qualityand more calls have beendropping. Our building has a very spotty internet provider with high ping and slow upload speeds. A few things lead me to believe that my new neighborshave installed a T-Mobile 4G LTE Cellspot. I'mfamiliar with the Cellspot because my parents live in a rural area and have one in their home.In the past myphone used to display 5G service regularly, nowinstead itdisplays LTE exclusively. When stepping outside about twenty yards away from the building my 5G service returns. I also receive better speeds when running a speed test outside away from my building. Inside of my building I barely reach 40mbs down and usually below5 mbs upload speed which is important for calls and video calls. Speed and the quality of calls has never been an issue before. But only recently becauseof this I'm needingto leave my hometo make calls. It's frustrating because like I said this is a recent issue and I can pin it to something that's making it worse. I use my T-Mobile service to get away from my terrible internetto begin with. I understand that there is no way to connect to the tower directly because the Cellspot is basically a small tower itself and the phone connects there by default. ¿Cuáles son mis opciones?1KViews1like8ComentariosLagging and throttle
I don't understand why at certain times the internet is great and then by the evening like 5 or 7 pm it gets so slow that we can not watch tv or my son can not play his games online. I do a speed test every night and reset the modem either by unplugging or restart using the T-Mobile app and it helps only for a short while only to go right back into slowing down. They fixed the 2 towers that was down a few monthsago and it went well but then it started again. It is getting very annoying to a point where I will cancel this service because it's never steady. This happen starting at 5 pm and then 7 pm which last up to 8 pm and by the speed test I could see how it struggles to keep the speed up but after 10 pm all the way to the morning it runs 300 mbps at 6 am and right now I just did a speed test and it's 42 mbps download speed. I did like the service until all this lagging and slow speed started and getting tired of rebooting and restarting every day. I have friends who are going through the same thing and want to cancel service just as I do so I hope T-Mobile get on the ball and do something before they start losing customers.Solved399Visto1like6Comentarios5G home wifi slow download speeds 1MBs
Just unboxed and connected 5g gateway. The app says Excellent connection at 5 bars but my download speed is only at 1MBs. Why? I've been downloading a movie that's only 2.3gb it's been 30 minutes now and I'm only at 50% and I don't have any other devices connected to the gateway? Any suggestions or insight? Thankseveryone316Visto1like1ComentarioWhy 4G & Slow Speed?
I've had internet connection problems occasionally in the past, but have had none in weeks. Now, however, I am having periods of really slow speed, like downloads of 2-4 mbps! My speedis usually over a hundred, often 200 something and sometimes 300+. When the speed is so slow,I notice on my gateway screen that my connection is "very good", instead of the usual "good", and it's showing 4G in the top left corner, when it has always shown5G before the slow speeds started. The speed will pick up againafter so many hours. What's possibly going on here?Solved261Visto0likes2Comentarios
