sprint t-mobile merger
3 TopicsFormer Sprint customer - international roaming and data
I had a Sprint Unlimited My Way account, where I was never charged for data or calls in Europe (Sprint would connect to Vodaphone). I don't know what I have now since this merger - I did notice that it says Canada and Mexico included but is Europe no longer included? I cannot get one single solitary soul on the phone at TMobile to answer this question.124Visto0likes2ComentariosUse My Galaxy Tab A at T-Mobile
Will I be able use my new (IOB & Plastic Wrapping)Sprint Galaxy Tab A 10.1 (T-SM517P) at T-Mobile? I tried using the "Bring You Own Device" in the T-Mobile App but got a message saying "Unable to check at this time". T-Mobile took over sprint, so I wouldthinkthat there *would not*be a problem using Sprint devices at T-Mobile. If anyone has gone throughsomething similar I would appreciate if you shared your experience with me, thank you.35Visto0likes0Comentarios2 hours to cancel plan that isnt working
I had print then T-Mobile took over my phone has always needed people to call twice the first call went straight to voicemail. Now people are calling three times and it's not coming through. I can call but no one can call me. I'm paying $60 for terrible service. It takes two hour to get a hold of costumer service and you can't even cancel online. For the cherry on top when my line was transferred from sprint to T-Mobile they decided I was no longer paying off my phone but leasing it for 12 a month. So little did i know I'm not even able to take my phone with me when I leave. Absolutely the worst deal I've ever gotten. I was either lied to by sprint telling me I was paying off my phone or when the switch happens T-Mobile decided my phone was theirs.14Visto0likes0Comentarios
