I signed up for the Home Internet and got an email that I was activated on 04/01/21... A few days later the cylinder device arrived and connected to the internet easily. Nevertheless, I cannot register to get a T-Mobile ID for this account. I cannot login online OR use the T-Mobile app because it keeps stating they don't recognize my email. I've had two lengthy phone calls with support and visited a store (whom in turn called support)... As of now I STILL can't create a T-Mobile ID to manage my account. (This account was created using my Pre-paid phone account...) At first I thought it didn't matter that I couldn't access my account since the service is working so-so... But at the end of the first month my service was cut off as the person who initiated my account did not ensure that I was signed up for autopay. I never received an email about my bill. When I called about my service they wanted me to pay the $65 + restoration fee + plus a fee for making a payment manually over the phone...?!? It would have all been over $90... It should have only been $60... After admitting their fault they charged me $67 to continue with the service... I'm told I'm signed up for autopay, but we will see… I STILL CAN'T REGISTER FOR A T-MOBILE ID so that I can manage my account. I've been working with the store and they're having trouble getting the techs to resolve this problem as of... 06/02/2021... Internet quality is lacking... The speed is inconsistent; 5mbs - 25mbs... I can't visit some websites using the Home Internet device yet have no problems visiting the same sites/pages using my T-Mobile prepaid phone account as a hotspot. Reviewers should look into the issue as to why this ISP (T-Mobile Home Internet) cannot be used to access some websites. Are Business T-Mobile ID's integrated with the rest of the T-Mobile ID system? I was trying to check on the status of my Promotions https://www.switch2t-mobile.com/and I am prompted to login. However, the ID I use for my business account on the T-Mobile Account Hub will not work for checking promotion status. I encounter three different scenarios: -If I select I am a Business, I forwarded on from the promotions page directly to my Account Hub and do not see any promotions. -If I say I have a T-Mobile ID and enter my Business Account Hub email, it says I need a T-mobile ID and asks me to link it to my phone number. It them wants to verify the last 4 of my Social Security which does not work. Hi, I noticed that mobile hotspots don't receive texts for verification, as such it becomes impossible to set up a T-Mobile ID and verify it. This results in late fees and difficulties paying the initial bill or setting up automatic payments. Any chance you'd like to refund the late fees and rescind any negative credit reports? I placed my order for the home internet and I went to go create my T-Mobile ID of course I was metwith what many people have previously noted as a "dead end" because it kept asking for my telephone number thatI do not have throughT-Mobile and I do not want one I wanted access to their home internet because that is the most convenient one currently and was the home internet that had the best prices as well although I'm starting to reconsider Spectrum even though I have had zero service over the past month with Spectrum but that being said I went to go talk to a service agent about my situation and I was met with the dead end as well because they could not currently find my order information and I've given them the screenshot to my email that confirms it so can somebody explain to me why suddenly my information is not existent33Visto0likes0Comentarios
