If anyone in the world can help me with the above issue I would appreciate you so much! I never had issues with FamilyMode before, and I recently bought a new phone, tried to log in as normal, and after login it does not let me move past the terms and conditions! I keep getting this error message and I've done everything humanly possible from uninstall reinstall clear cache tried different devices android and apple removed the feature from my account and re add it escalated this through tech support but they keep outsourcing me and they never can explain the issue correctly so the engineering team keeps kicking it back I'm pulling hair at this point trying to see how I can ever use this app again it was very helpful to me before ! I would like to note that theold phone that I had plus my child's old phone are both completely factory reset so there should be nothing from family mode tied to those old devices…anyone can help?321Visto0likes1ComentarioInconsistent Texting
Thank you for your help in advance! Majority of my texting works, however a percentage- maybe 5-10% are not sending out and also not returning. I'm on android- this is occurring with both android and iphone users leading me to believe it's the phone or T Mobile/sprint Phone is galaxy s20- I've noticed texting doesn't work properly when my storage space gets full, it currently is at 97% so it's not full. This has been going on and off for months and has caused a lot of issues as it effects my business in negative ways, usually with people thinking I've ignored them or they've ignored me. Any help and concrete answer would be amazing. I had someone on tech support try to fix it with me before but it hasn't worked or did and the issue has recurred. It's hard to test as it works majority of the time. ¡Gracias!85Visto0likes1ComentarioAllowed Numbers in Family Allowances Not Working
I just switched my familyfrom Verizon to T-Mobile. One of my phones is an Android for my mother who is a dementia patient in assisted living. To keep her safe from scammers, Verizon had a family app that allowed me to restrict both incoming and outgoing calls and texts to a specific list of numbers that I set up in the app, what used to be called a "White List". If the number is on this list, the call wasallowed to connect, if it's not on the list, it was blocked. T-Mobile told me their Family Allowances service does the same thing, but I have not been able to make it work and, sadly, no one at T-Mobile Tech Support can figure it out either. The Family Allowances Dashboard looks like the functionality is there, but obviously, there are serious flaws in the programing behind itthat is preventing it from functioning as intended. Has anyone out there been able to make Family Allowances work as I have described it? If not, are you aware of third party apps that work?130Visto0likes0ComentariosForwarding posts to friends via FB Msgr
Hicommunity, I'm having trouble forwarding tiktocs and other video clips to friends via facebook messenger, instagram. When my friends try to open and view them, they aren't available for some reason. This happens almost all of the time. However, when I'm sent videos, I can view them without issue. Is this something that can be remedied in settings or how do I fix? I have an Apple 13 Pro. One friend is on another carrier with a Samsung phone, the other is an apple phone on the t-mobile platform. Thank you you so much for your help!!40Visto0likes0ComentariosIncoming calls sent to voicemail
I've been with TM a loooooooong time. This is the first time I've ever been dissatisfied with the service. Calls go to VM w/no ring or vibration. Can't text any of my contacts. I changed the default setting of "Use wifi if cellular not available" to "Wifi Only". Had my husband call me…BINGO. That means it's the CARRIER signal that's the problem. Spoke w/techs a couple of times and they said the problem was a tower being worked on, give it about 72 hours…3 days came and went and the problems were still there. They're doing nothing but blowing air up my skirt. They suggested I get another phone. A friend of mine is upgrading hers and will be giving me her A21. Once I get that set up, we'll see if the problem was really my "old phone". GRRRRR.82Visto0likes0ComentariosT-Mobile Hotspot Usage Bug with Tidal Streaming
I have been having issues with Tidal streaming on my Samsung S24 since February '24. I have determined that the data that Tidal is using to stream music is being recognized as "hotspot data" by T-Mobile. Each carrier billing cycle the T-Mobile system sends me a message stating I have hit my hotspot data cap. At that time Tidal becomes extremely slow and encounters buffering issues. All of my other applications work perfectly fine, I have unlimited data with my T-Mobile plan (Magenta Max55+), but for some reason, Tidal is using hotspot data or its data usage is being miscategorized as hotspot data. On my phone hotspot data usage reported is 0GB month over month. I never use my hotspot. Something weird is going on here, I am not sure if it is on the Tidal side in how it requests data or on the T-Mobile. I need help in having this issue investigated and escalated to the appropriate parties (Either at Tidal, T-Mobile, or maybe even Samsung). I have attempted to inform T-Mobile but they their phone support seems ill-equipped to handle uncommon technical problems. I am not sure if this will ever be resolved. I suppose in T-mobiles eyes this would be like a "P4" priority. Unless there is some security risk involved I doubt they will care. Problem My phone is sporadically unable to receive text messages and phone calls (appears out of network for the sender/caller) even in the areas with great signal reception. When the phone is in that state, I am also unable to text and make calls: a "Not registered in network" message appears. The internet connection does not disappear.I can even be watching a video in great quality using my mobile internet, while for someone who triestext/call me, I appear out-of-network. Restarting my phone, fully recovers the ability to call and text. I evenreceive SOME missed text messages that were sent to me while I appeared "offline" often in messed up order andminutes apart. However, some of the texts never reach me which makes things even more confusing. I can't tell for sure what triggers this state, however, I noticed that it happens more often when I drive around the city. The critical issue is that even when I hold my phone in my handactively using internet and watching videos, I haveabsolutely no indication that my phone is unreachable by people until I try to call or text. Since I don't frequently initiate calls and texts, I realized that I sometimesended up with days of a "disconnected" phone. While most of my communication goes through internet, those less frequent, butmost important new personal and professional connections happen via phone calls and texting. It's just recently I realized that over the course of several months if not years multiple miscommunication issues I had with important people were caused by this 'auto-ghosting feature' T-Mobile effectively enabled for me without asking or informing me. Please see "Problem Severity" below. I suspect that it might be related to the fact that my phone does not support 5G andto the Voice over LTE feature T-Mobile introduced some time ago. I do NOT need 5G at this point, the internet speed is satisfactory. My phone is a factory unlocked Samsung Galaxy A8 (2018) SM-A530F/DS purchased from the Samsung store onAmazon in Sep 2018. T-Mobile Supportwas Terrible First, I brought my phone to several T-Mobile offices in Boston area. No 'expert' there was able to find the cause of the problem or fix it. Then I called the officialT-Mobile tech support phone number, took time to explain my problem, they said a more tech-savvy engineer will reach me out within 72h (!). And they simply haven't. Problem Severity Thisis a very serious problem. As I am discovering now, it has affected my personal and professional relationships over the course of months if not years. For people who tryto communicate with me, it appears as if I am ghosting them. From my side, it appears that people ghost me.: They try to call me and they know I am home, but I appear out of network as if I blocked them or turned off my phone They send a text message and it never reaches me. I expect a text message from them, never receive it, and forced to think negatively about the person At this point, given that my issuewas not even addressed by tech support,I am consideringlegal options to solve this problem. It's not that T-Mobile was just unable to deliver the service defined in thecontract, the service effectively imposed majordamages on me, including damages to and loss of professional, financial and personal relationship opportunities.I am in the processof collectingrecords andwitnesses to support my claims in case of apotential legal action.490Visto2likes3ComentariosWhere's the technical support chat?
I'll admit it, I'm not usually a fan of technical support chats. They're largely cumbersome and difficult to deal with. That being said, there are situations and circumstances in which they're the best available option... when they're available. Why isn't there such an option here at T-Mobile? I work a call-center type job from home where I need to be able to receive a call at zero notice. When that's the case, I need a non-voice option for getting my issues resolved. Does anyone else see this as a need?Solved56KViews3likes17Comentarios6 fays 3hrs a day phone still not fixed
