8 TopicsWatch line is sending message blocking text
When I text message Android phones the receiver gets a text message from my Apple watch (which is paired with my Iphone) saying "Free Msg: Receiver unable to receivemessage - message blocking is active." This only started happening a few days ago. I checked all my iPhone settings and my T-Mobile settings and all the blocking options are off. I also turned both watch and phone off and back on and unpaired the two but neither of those worked. ¿Tienes alguna idea?142Visto0likes0ComentariosIs my wife's family monitoring my text messages? Incoming Message not showing up in usage.
So, my messages on my usage show up outgoing and incoming every time I send and receive a message to, or receive from my wife. My messages to her mostly do not show up INCOMING to her number or phone, but her outgoing one's always show up. Is someone monitoring them or what's the deal?371Visto0likes0ComentariosEnviar mensajes de texto

I have spent over a week troubleshooting as to why I can not sendtext messages withlinks to my website. I can send them via email, facebook messenger and even shorten them and send that way and they work. I just can't send in a text. I can send any other links outside my website. There is absolutely no way I have anything remotely inappropriate on my website. There are no blocking features on my account but was told today after 4 hours with tech support it is possible that tmobile has put filtered messages. Everyone else can send links from my website to someone else but those that have tmobile can not generally speaking. I have reset my network and updated OS on my phone. I have updated app settings. I was not able to get a clear answer as to how many text messages are considered too much as I use lots of text messaging with links to my website with my business. I also couldn't get a clear answer as to what kind of filtering of messages could be on my account. The tech today wasn't sure if there was one but said a "possibility" eventhough over and over I have been told there are no blocking features. Tech support has exhausted every avenue to troubleshoot but there is still no resolution. I also do not like the options for the survey they send as I give the tech support 10 but I don't know yet if i will recommend tmobile if they will not tell me why i have a possibility of a filter but can not tell what is after hours and hours of support. I believe they should be able to tell you if your account has been flagged and for what reason. There is no due process to determine if it was filtered in by mistake.53Visto0likes0ComentariosDisable MMS/Texting over WiFi
So I have the dreaded sporadic issues sending an receiving text message while connected to WiFi. Since there seems to be no solution, T-Mobile sent me a 4G hotspot for my house. While in theory that's fine, I have better cell service in the house, I still want to use WiFi for my data. I have high speed internet for a reason. OK. To the point.I don't want to turn WiFi off. That seems pointless. What I want to do is to Only Use Cellular Network for Texting, but I can't findany way to do so. I turned off WiFi calling, but that was never an issue. It actually worked fine. What I want may not be possible. Just curious if there is perhaps a Setting I'm not aware of. I have a Samsung Galaxy 21 Ultra. Latest version of Android. I use the stock Samsung texting app (which could be the issue). TIA3KViews0likes49ComentariosKids Apple Watch SE no longer sending texts or able to make calls
As of Thursday, my kids apple watches have not been able to make phone calls and when attempting to text we get a message saying:Free Msg: Unable to send message, blocking is active. I've spent over 12 hours on the line with various customer service and tech people at T-mobile with no success, so essentially these are basically bricks, because the ENTIRE reason we bought these watches was so our kids could call us in an emergency. We have: updated with new sims updated software reset network connections checked to make sure no blocking is enabled disabled all screentime/downtime/schooltime blocks updated phone software reinstalled watch app says cellular is not connected And…nothing. I am so beyone frustrated. Has anyone had this problem and been able to fix it? One of the watches is a year old and worked until Thursday, the other is brand new as of Thursday. We have a Magenta plan.Solved241Visto0likes1ComentarioPublic access to personal video link?
Hello everyone, a few days ago my mother sent me a large file video. When the video was sent to me, it was sent as a link and not just a video. I am unable to do anything with the video other than view/play it, I can't even download it. The main issue I am having is that the link says, "Large file available, click to Download/Play. This link will be publicly accessible by anyone for the next 3days." I am concerned about the "publicly accessible" part. I would like to point out that she has a Google Pixel and I have an iPhone 14. It was sent through RCS. It was NOT sent as a Google photo link, I tested that out and it looked different then this link. This link says it is a T-Mobile created link and not a Google photo link. Has this happened to anyone? Is the video truly publicly accessible or would someone need to have access to the link technically to view it? T-mobile usage shows incoming and outgoing texts between my husband and I that lasted all day up to almost 4am. I was asleep during that time. From the usage under his number it shows we were talking all day, but from my usage it shows when we were actually talking and the correct times. I am aware of the time difference but I converted the times to my time zone and still we weren't texting each other during those times. He doesn't really know how t-mobile usage works but he does know I can see who he texts. Maybe he isn't aware I can see time as well... Could this be an error on the usage and instead of showing the actual phone number he was texting, it's just showing mine repeatedly? Or could he be texting someone else but making it seem like he's texting my number?Solved15KViews0likes5Comentarios
