I have been using T-Mobile Home Internet for a couple of months now. I recently upgraded to the 5G Gateway, which has made my WiFi much better Vs. the LTE Gateway which sucked and had a lot of restrictions. The 5G Gateway is sleek, easy to use, and comes included with your Home Internet Plan! My experience has been exemplary, apart from a few issues. I have the following issues with T-Mobile Home Internet: •No UPnP Option which causes issues using XBL. •No Port Forwarding which causes a Moderate NAT on XBL •Some VPN applications do not work. •The Online GUI is limited and watered down. T-Mobile should really fix these issues, as it's bothering other Customers as well. Overall T-Mobile Home Internet is great for those who don't play on XBL, PSN, or PC or require a VPN to be used for work or personal use.28KViews5likes23ComentariosTransfer / migrate from the physical sim to eSIM
Hello! I have the physical t-mobile SIM and I want to transfer phone number to my eSIM account / to convert it into eSIM. At the moment I have two tmobile accounts and numbers, is it possible to merge em? (both accounts are prepaid) I talked to the tech support - and every time I called I had a different information: 1st time i was told that in 24hrs everything would be done smoothly (nothing happened so I called again) 2d time I was told that T-Mobile doesn't support a feature to transfer the physical sim into the eSIM (when both numbers are tmobile numbers) before the first call I tried to reach a text support online - they also didn't resolve any questions and just said that tmobile doesnt fully support eSIM. What is the truth here? Is it really not possible? Also an extra eSIM question - if I want to use the same eSIM on a different phone, how to achieve it? Or it is impossible now to perform any kind of eSIM transfers? Thanks for understanding.Solved12KViews0likes12ComentariosREAD FIRST BEFORE FILING INSURANCE CLAIMS THRU ASSURANT
For anyone requesting a replacement phone for a defective phone, you may want to consider opening a lost/stolen device claim instead of a defective replacement claim. Read your insurance documents to ensure this is true for you. They are provided on the Assurant claim site when filing a claim after entering your device details. For lost/stolen claims, you'll receive your replacement for the same deductible charged if you opened a defective device claim without the responsibility of returning the defective device back to Assurant. By responsibility, this means being responsible for any and all charges if the device does not make it back to Assurant. This charge for a non-returned item can be as much as half or more of thereturned device's cost if purchased brand new If you have a tier 6 device, this can end up being a surprise charge of $600 on your phone bill that you'll be responsible for paying as Tmobile or any phone carrier using Assurant for the services can do nothing about except shut off your services if you refuse to pay. So to make all those monthly insurancepayments worthwhile, do yourself a favor and never file a claim to replace a defective device. Always file the claim for a lost/stolen device.6.2KViews3likes5ComentariosWelcome Sprint Community!

I got called by a tmobile store and said I was eligible for a 100% free line. I called customer support and the rep agreed and suggested to me that yes it was 100% true and free for being a loyal tmobile customer! So I agreed and accepted with my local store that called me and got the sim , and shortly after ported my number over. Then month later I get new bill and I am being charged for it. So I called customer support, they told me I missed the "promotion " period and they won't honor my free line anymore. So, unfortunately I canceled the line and lost my number. I just feel taken advantage of and lied to and my time wasted! And I'm currently looking for a different carrier for my business.5.5KViews3likes6Comentariosbankruptcy z list
Hi I unfortunately had to file bankruptcy and t-mobile put me on a z list which means I have no control of my account to add lines or change anything. I never stiffed t-mobile a dime, I pay my bill monthly and have for years. I don't have any devices that I owe/owed on. The only reason they were listed on the bankruptcy is because it asks you to list the payments you will need to keep paying after the bankruptcy. If I had gotten some debt to tmobile discharged that would be understandable to be put on a list, but the fact I havenever not paid them its pretty dumb I can't control my account. Especially considering I couldn't file bankruptcy for another 8 yrs even if I wanted to go through that already terrible situation again. Why do they put people that are current on all charges and have been for 8 or more yrs on a list that whenever I try to change anything on MY account it says " invalid user role, please check with the primary account holder". I AM THE PRIMARY ACCOUNT HOLDER, I AM THE ONE THAT PAYS THE BILL.1.7KViews0likes2ComentariosAdding multiple new lines
I recently switched to T-Mobile now that I've managed to test it out. I am trying t bring my family over however, when I try adding multiple lines online it won't let me. I can only seem to add one line. When I first making my T-Mobile account and looking at plans it would let me add multiple lines for a new user but nowIt doesn't even give me the option to add more than one. Is there a bug or can I not add multiple lines online?1.2KViews0likes3Comentariosxbox live party chat not working with mobile hotspot
Hello, i recently had to switch cellphone providers from sprint to tmobile since sprint merged. For years i have played xbox live with a mobile hotspot all the way back to when ntelos was still around. Its always worked fine until i had to switch to tmobiles network and now i cant join any xbox live parties whatsoever. This has never been an issue until now, ive tried speaking with representatives and gotten no help or real answers as to why this is. Ive read on here that others have had similar issues with tmobile but they were using a gateway router. Im using the hotspot off my phone which again, has always worked great until having to switch to tmobile. Anyone know a fix?962Visto1like1ComentarioAny Help PLEASE for F451 Error

We previously had 4 voice lines and 2 home internet lines with T-Mobile. We transferred our 4 voice lines to another carrier and only have the 2 home internet lines left with T-Mobile. Since one of our voice lines was the account login, they closed down our account access. We are trying to get account access using the home internet #'s, but keep getting the error code below: Service Unavailable. F451 :Uh-oh, it looks like we have our wires crossed. Intenta nuevamente más tarde. We have had multiple phone conversations with T-Mobile and also multiple chats through FB Messenger. The problem has not yet been resolved and we are still unable to view our account. Does anyone have a solution to this? Or if T-Mobile employee sees this, can you please help? We just want access to our accounts online to view transactions and to make payments. Gracias754Visto0likes1Comentario
