I frequently get the following error message when sending text message: "Not sent. Tap to try Again". This happens WAY TOO often and is super frustrating. I have tried to restart my phone and power cycle with no resolution. Sometimes it can take a couple of hours and multiple "taps" to finally get the message to send. This never happened until I got a new Motorola Edge 2022 phone a few months ago. Any help would be greatly appreciated!19KViews4likes16ComentariosThe most unreliable internet I've ever had

Problem My phone is sporadically unable to receive text messages and phone calls (appears out of network for the sender/caller) even in the areas with great signal reception. When the phone is in that state, I am also unable to text and make calls: a "Not registered in network" message appears. The internet connection does not disappear.I can even be watching a video in great quality using my mobile internet, while for someone who triestext/call me, I appear out-of-network. Restarting my phone, fully recovers the ability to call and text. I evenreceive SOME missed text messages that were sent to me while I appeared "offline" often in messed up order andminutes apart. However, some of the texts never reach me which makes things even more confusing. I can't tell for sure what triggers this state, however, I noticed that it happens more often when I drive around the city. The critical issue is that even when I hold my phone in my handactively using internet and watching videos, I haveabsolutely no indication that my phone is unreachable by people until I try to call or text. Since I don't frequently initiate calls and texts, I realized that I sometimesended up with days of a "disconnected" phone. While most of my communication goes through internet, those less frequent, butmost important new personal and professional connections happen via phone calls and texting. It's just recently I realized that over the course of several months if not years multiple miscommunication issues I had with important people were caused by this 'auto-ghosting feature' T-Mobile effectively enabled for me without asking or informing me. Please see "Problem Severity" below. I suspect that it might be related to the fact that my phone does not support 5G andto the Voice over LTE feature T-Mobile introduced some time ago. I do NOT need 5G at this point, the internet speed is satisfactory. My phone is a factory unlocked Samsung Galaxy A8 (2018) SM-A530F/DS purchased from the Samsung store onAmazon in Sep 2018. T-Mobile Supportwas Terrible First, I brought my phone to several T-Mobile offices in Boston area. No 'expert' there was able to find the cause of the problem or fix it. Then I called the officialT-Mobile tech support phone number, took time to explain my problem, they said a more tech-savvy engineer will reach me out within 72h (!). And they simply haven't. Problem Severity Thisis a very serious problem. As I am discovering now, it has affected my personal and professional relationships over the course of months if not years. For people who tryto communicate with me, it appears as if I am ghosting them. From my side, it appears that people ghost me.: They try to call me and they know I am home, but I appear out of network as if I blocked them or turned off my phone They send a text message and it never reaches me. I expect a text message from them, never receive it, and forced to think negatively about the person At this point, given that my issuewas not even addressed by tech support,I am consideringlegal options to solve this problem. It's not that T-Mobile was just unable to deliver the service defined in thecontract, the service effectively imposed majordamages on me, including damages to and loss of professional, financial and personal relationship opportunities.I am in the processof collectingrecords andwitnesses to support my claims in case of apotential legal action.425Visto2likes3ComentariosPoor 4g lte coverage at my home Peoria, IL 61615
I have been with T-Mobile since the mid of 2017. I have started using a signal booster from mid of 2018. My device is Iphone 8 plus which supports 4G LTE with ease. Lately, the signal strength is poor. I see at most 2 bars on my phone if i'm lucky and usually it's just 1 bar.28Visto0likes0ComentariosT-Mobile Home Internet shows 4 bars but keeps dropping signal
Hi. The last month or so, a problem is occurring - the gateway/modem shows 4 bars and has been sitting there for well over two years now. Randomly, I keep getting disconnected from a game server, remote sessions halt, streaming audio stutters, everything. I also have phone calls (from Samsung S22 Ultra) disconnect on me if the phone is using wifi mode for phone calls. If I disable wifi on the phone, phone calls still remain stable. At least for now. I sometimes still have issues with audio stuttering in regular 5G mode, and even testing a game server I got booted off with an error citing connection loss. Whatever it is, the loss is brief since connection comes back quickly. Speedtest shows low ping and low jitter, which surprised me. I logged into the Admin console. Is there an option to switch from 5G mode to 4G, just to rule out some possible causes of this? That sounds dumb since I have 4 bars on the modem and 5 on my phone (which generally connects to the modem's built-in wifi.) I haven't tested disabling 5G on the phone, but with 5 bars this really seems odd. Why would the phone show more bars and stronger signal strength when it's the smallerof the two devices? I turned the modem ("silver can" in shape) off and unplugged it for 30 minutes. I'd heard this forces a firmware check and upgrade. This did not make a difference. I keep a small fan running by the air inlet on the modem to help prevent overheating. That hasn't helped either. The built-in battery also seems to waver in percentage; always going from 65 to 78%. It used to read 100% in the past. I think that's a separate issue. I am having no power outage issues.Solved4.1KViews2likes20ComentariosHome Internet Placement Test
So I did the home internet placement test and found the stronger signal (upstairs next to window) but my wifi does not appear in my wifi settings nor my mobile wifi settings. But when I set the router up back down stairs it shows up but with a much weaker signal. Is T Mobile blocking me from setting up with a stronger signal? The placement test leadme to upstairs.137Visto0likes3Comentariosscrewed up service t-mobile is nothing but lies and laziness
So long story here I’ll make it simple got screwed into switching from Verizon for the promise of great 5g service and all kinds of promotions got scammed out of that and I have a screen recording of where my iPhone 13 Pro Max has 2 bars 5g service and it’s non-existent most of the time and if I switch my phone to lte I get loads better service with one bar now t-mobile tell me why your service tech can only reset my network connection from their end instead of adding a tower and stealing money and time away from your customers but I’m only furious cause they switched me to them for the promise of paying off my old plane from Verizon but apparently that doesn’t exist two months down the road after not hearing back from anyone at T-Mobile anyways if my service cannot get fixing by march 2024 I’m switching back to Verizon happily and still willing to pay the the 2,000$ to pay to switch so fix yourt mobile I’m sotired of dealing with you ohh and by the way I have the same screen recording showing that lte service is barley useful while your “5g coverage” is a load of !!!!!!!!!🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬651Visto3likes5Comentarios
