The most unreliable internet I've ever had

This is the worst internet I've ever had I decided to check them out because spectrum keeps raising their price for basic internet I get this and straight from the get go there's issues It keeps disconnecting terrible speeds My speed is only good late at night The power keeps going out I have to unplug it and plug it back in for it to come on constant disconnect issues I'm on the top floor of my apartment and I have the modem by the window still no good it's been 3 months and I'm done I heard they're raising their price too honestly I might as well just stick with high price spectrum even though I don't want to but I'm very limited on my options where I live which sucks so bad.
