50 TopicsText Message "Not sent. Tap to try Again"
I frequently get the following error message when sending text message: "Not sent. Tap to try Again". This happens WAY TOO often and is super frustrating. I have tried to restart my phone and power cycle with no resolution. Sometimes it can take a couple of hours and multiple "taps" to finally get the message to send. This never happened until I got a new Motorola Edge 2022 phone a few months ago. Any help would be greatly appreciated!19KViews4likes16Comentariospartially blind and dyslexic and sold a phone that was supposed to have facial recognition and the ability to read to me not even close and t mobile wont make it right

For the first 6 months T-Mobile home Internet was great. Then, it started having regular outages. I'm now on my 3rd gateway device and still having regular outages. Tech support has recommended move to a 4th, the newer G4 device. If that doesn't work, in looking for a new Internet provider.181Visto1like2ComentariosT-Mobile Censorship?
Why is T-Mobile censoring websites likehttps://dahlonegaarmory.com/? Nothing wrong with this site purely American. I hate that I am paying for a service that censors my navigation of the web. Considering switching back services because of this garbage.591Visto0likes8ComentariosThe most unreliable internet I've ever had
This is the worst internet I've ever had I decided to check them out because spectrum keeps raising their price for basic internet I get this and straight from the get go there's issues It keeps disconnecting terrible speeds My speed is only good late at night The power keeps going out I have to unplug it and plug it back in for it to come on constant disconnect issues I'm on the top floor of my apartment and I have the modem by the window still no good it's been 3 months and I'm done I heard they're raising their price too honestly I might as well just stick with high price spectrum even though I don't want to but I'm very limited on my options where I live which sucks so bad.36Visto1like0ComentariosWe frequently can't send text messages
I have multiple phones on my account, and all of them frequently can't send text messages. Failures are most common when sending between these phones. Sometime one message will be stuck "Sending", and a new message to the same recipient, with the phone in the same physical location (and 3+ bars of service) will go through. Tapping on "Not sent. Tap to try again." never works.Solved5.9KViews1like23ComentariosSporadically missed texts/calls + "Not registered in network" + Terrible Support = Severe Problems
Problem My phone is sporadically unable to receive text messages and phone calls (appears out of network for the sender/caller) even in the areas with great signal reception. When the phone is in that state, I am also unable to text and make calls: a "Not registered in network" message appears. The internet connection does not disappear.I can even be watching a video in great quality using my mobile internet, while for someone who triestext/call me, I appear out-of-network. Restarting my phone, fully recovers the ability to call and text. I evenreceive SOME missed text messages that were sent to me while I appeared "offline" often in messed up order andminutes apart. However, some of the texts never reach me which makes things even more confusing. I can't tell for sure what triggers this state, however, I noticed that it happens more often when I drive around the city. The critical issue is that even when I hold my phone in my handactively using internet and watching videos, I haveabsolutely no indication that my phone is unreachable by people until I try to call or text. Since I don't frequently initiate calls and texts, I realized that I sometimesended up with days of a "disconnected" phone. While most of my communication goes through internet, those less frequent, butmost important new personal and professional connections happen via phone calls and texting. It's just recently I realized that over the course of several months if not years multiple miscommunication issues I had with important people were caused by this 'auto-ghosting feature' T-Mobile effectively enabled for me without asking or informing me. Please see "Problem Severity" below. I suspect that it might be related to the fact that my phone does not support 5G andto the Voice over LTE feature T-Mobile introduced some time ago. I do NOT need 5G at this point, the internet speed is satisfactory. My phone is a factory unlocked Samsung Galaxy A8 (2018) SM-A530F/DS purchased from the Samsung store onAmazon in Sep 2018. T-Mobile Supportwas Terrible First, I brought my phone to several T-Mobile offices in Boston area. No 'expert' there was able to find the cause of the problem or fix it. Then I called the officialT-Mobile tech support phone number, took time to explain my problem, they said a more tech-savvy engineer will reach me out within 72h (!). And they simply haven't. Problem Severity Thisis a very serious problem. As I am discovering now, it has affected my personal and professional relationships over the course of months if not years. For people who tryto communicate with me, it appears as if I am ghosting them. From my side, it appears that people ghost me.: They try to call me and they know I am home, but I appear out of network as if I blocked them or turned off my phone They send a text message and it never reaches me. I expect a text message from them, never receive it, and forced to think negatively about the person At this point, given that my issuewas not even addressed by tech support,I am consideringlegal options to solve this problem. It's not that T-Mobile was just unable to deliver the service defined in thecontract, the service effectively imposed majordamages on me, including damages to and loss of professional, financial and personal relationship opportunities.I am in the processof collectingrecords andwitnesses to support my claims in case of apotential legal action.425Visto2likes3ComentariosHome internet service is not reliable. What are my solutions? Family has terminally ill member who has online doctor visits.
I've had the home internet service since end of last year. It has been progressively getting worse. I'm unable to connect during the day during the most important times when family member needs to be on anappointmentwith doctors.I've noticed my mobile phone data works better than my home internet but at the same time. I've noticed my phone service disconnects. I'm not sure at this point what I should do. Or if I should just cancel and move on since the service is unreliable and when I signed up for home internet I was told I would receive a $50 discount which never happened despite submitting code.184Visto0likes3Comentarios5G home internet keeps dropping
I'm having a problem with T-Mobile 5g home internet that has not been resolved despite many calls in to the help line. I've had T-Mobile 5g home internet for almost a month now, and the short version is that every so often the gateway drops the network. When I say "drop the network," I mean to say it throws everything off of the Wifi that it's broadcasting, and anything plugged in via ethernet says "no network found. (To elaborate this point, cell phones switch to cellular data because wifi is gone for them, and computers hardwired into the gateway think that they are no longer plugged into anything.) Turning off the gateway and turning it back on resolves the issue, but doesn't prevent it from happening again. Whatever is happening doesn't seem to affect our connection speed/strength when the gateway IS providing signal to devices in the home, but due to the nature of our work,we need a connection that won't just disconnect randomly. To address this, T-mobile has so far run a bunch of tests on their end, and seem to have ruled out a tower issue (which makes sense, as the tower shouldn't have anything to do with whether or not the devices on the gateway's wifi or ethernet connection get thrown off of the network.) They've sent me a replacement gateway, which is experiencing the exact same problem(3 times in the last 36 hours, in fact). I've noticed that the device gets pretty warm, so Iset up a computer case fan as a cooler to force air through the device, thinking that perhaps it's an issue with the device overheating. However, while the gateway is notably cooler than it was without the fan, it has not prevented the issue from persisting. The last thing that I can think to do (and my most recent attempt at resolving this issue) is to plug a router into the gateway via ethernet, and allow the router to handle the wifi/connections w/ devices in the house, and to disable wifi from the gateway all together. Maybe the gateway is simply too overburdened with connections and gets somehow overwhelmed and shuts down, and having the router handle the "heavy lifting" of taking care of all of the individual device connections will resolve it? I don't have a great deal of faith that this will fix the issue (as the gateway also kicks ethernet things off of the network when it experiences this problem), but I'm running out of options/ideas of what to do in order to just get a stable, constant internet service. Is anybody else having this issue, has anybody resolved this issue, or does anybody have any advice or feedback regarding how I might get this resolved so that I can get back to having stable internet?73KViews104likes264Comentarios
