Any idea when the real-time usage will be fixed?
I reached out to customer service who said they had engineers working on the real-time usage issue a week or so ago but my account is still not updated. They wouldn't open a ticket for me saying they weren't allowed toopen a ticket on this issue. Anyone else know how to get this fixed? Or a time-line of when these engineers will have this resolved? I've never heard of not being able to open a ticket on a problem .
