9 TopicsAfter Android 12 update, notifications no longer vibrating (Samsung S21 Ultra)
I typically have my phone set on vibrate. Prior to the update to 12, the phone would vibrate when I received a notification. That no longer happens post-update. So far I have tried restarting and messing around with the Notification settings in Android and in the individual apps. This last week my Fitbit stopped syncing to my Fold 4. I thought the Fitbit Charge 4 just died, so I ordered a new Fitbit Charge 5, but I can't get that to sync either. I was online with Fitbit for almost an hour, with no solution. It seems this is caused by Android 13. I see a fix is in the works for Android 13 for the Fold 4, but I don't know if it will resolve the issue or when that fix will be released. Is there a place that I can get more detailed answers? I've already checked here:https://www.t-mobile.com/support/phones-tablets-devices/software-updates, but it doesn't answer my questions, it just says my device is in development. Hi. I'm using LG Wing (LM-F100TM) T-Mobile variant and still waiting for Android 12. Other regions are already getting Android 12 since August. Even USA Verizon variant already received Android 12. I reached out to customer service who said they had engineers working on the real-time usage issue a week or so ago but my account is still not updated. They wouldn't open a ticket for me saying they weren't allowed toopen a ticket on this issue. Anyone else know how to get this fixed? Or a time-line of when these engineers will have this resolved? I have Galaxy S21 that I brought over to TMobile, from Verizon in November of 2022. My last software update was October of 2022. I am currently on Android 12. When I check for updates I get a message that no updates are available. Bottom line, no security updates and no OS updates since moving device to TMobile. After T-Mobile update, I cannot send pictures via text nor can I receive pictures via text (see attached). Is anyone encountering this? If anyone has a fix to this please let me know. It's been about 2 weeks already. Once again T-Mobile towers are not being updated accordingly. I will not call for they will give me a long explanation that it is my phone and give me the run around for 2 hours. My phone is the latest Galaxy S24. T-Mobile please update all your towers.
