After T-Mobile update, I cannot send pictures via text nor can I receive pictures via text
After T-Mobile update, I cannot send pictures via text nor can I receive pictures via text (see attached). Is anyone encountering this? If anyone has a fix to this please let me know. It's been about 2 weeks already. Once again T-Mobile towers are not being updated accordingly. I will not call for they will give me a long explanation that it is my phone and give me the run around for 2 hours. My phone is the latest Galaxy S24. T-Mobile please update all your towers. This is the second time this happens. Gracias
Any idea when the real-time usage will be fixed?
I reached out to customer service who said they had engineers working on the real-time usage issue a week or so ago but my account is still not updated. They wouldn't open a ticket for me saying they weren't allowed toopen a ticket on this issue. Anyone else know how to get this fixed? Or a time-line of when these engineers will have this resolved? I've never heard of not being able to open a ticket on a problem .Fitbit stopped working, when will I see an update to Android 13 for my Fold 4?
This last week my Fitbit stopped syncing to my Fold 4. I thought the Fitbit Charge 4 just died, so I ordered a new Fitbit Charge 5, but I can't get that to sync either. I was online with Fitbit for almost an hour, with no solution. It seems this is caused by Android 13. I see a fix is in the works for Android 13 for the Fold 4, but I don't know if it will resolve the issue or when that fix will be released. Is there a place that I can get more detailed answers? I've already checked here:https://www.t-mobile.com/support/phones-tablets-devices/software-updates, but it doesn't answer my questions, it just says my device is in development. Not whether it will fix the issue or when it will come out.
