Re: Forever Upgrade ending and being replaced with Yearly Upgrade
I didn't go far enough either but after reading the above responses I did go further and it said my phone was getting a trade in of $830 but it's supposed to be $800 and payoff the balance on the phone of $161. I'll just wait until tomorrow and stop into a store. Hopefully someone at the store i am going to will have the knowledge to help me.59Visto0likes0ComentariosRe: Any way to get the $1000 iPhone 15 Pro upgrade deal without sacrificing remaining bill credits?

Perhaps this will be useful to someone else in the same situation: When I switched to a Magenta Max plan and bought my current phone on a 30-month payment+bill credit plan, it came with a Forever Upgradebenefit, which is no longer offered but is supposed to let you trade in your phone after 2 years and get remaining payments forgiven entirely, plus guarantee "up to $800" of trade-in value (which is really vague). It took a while to get the rep on the phone to understand that I already had that benefit rather than wanted to sign up for it, but once they did they figured out that by combining that and then switching to a Go5G Plus plan, I could get the remaining payments on the old device waived (which is actually better than and get the full $1000 trade-in value on it for a new one. That's actually a better deal than even paying off the phone and continuing to get the bill credits for it would have been. So, on the chance that you're in the same situation I was, check to see if you have the Forever Upgrade benefit, and if so you may be in luck. Note that I did need to make one advancepayment on the phone to get the required 24 payments to use the Forever Upgrade, I guess because we're still in the period of the 24th month so the payment hadn't processed yet. I have the same deal and was told the same thing. Did you try and upgrade yet, and if so how did you make out?29Visto0likes0ComentariosRe: forever upgrade phone value
this is what the program says but nobody in the tmobile store, online, or via phone has any information. Online says I get $350. Trade in your eligible smartphone, get a free iPhone 13 model with 5G now on an eligible plan and lock in up to $800 off in trade-in value forever. Every two or more years, upgrade to the latest iPhone and get up to $800 off. Y puedes hacerlo una y otra vez, para siempre. Yes, REALLY. No more scavenger hunts. No more nagging feeling. Simply put, that means a free iPhone with 5G now. Then in 2023, you get up to $800 off when you upgrade. In 2025, another up to $800 off. In 2027… you get the idea. And if you aren't ready to upgrade in two years, that value will be waiting for you when you are ready.36Visto1like0Comentariosforever upgrade phone value

Step 1: Log into your account. For T-Mobile wireless customers, click here. For T-Mobile for Business and Sprint customers, click here. Step 2: Once verified, you'll be redirected to create an account with Apple TV+ Yes I did that on my phone and after I hit the link to register my subscription was activated. I did already have it 6 months free and that ended October 18th. I tried to get the Magenta max free deal on the 19th. It didn't take me to a page to rergister the Magenta Max deal.12Visto0likes0ComentariosRe: USPS lost my trade in phone needed for a rebate
My tracking slip still says in transit but I got 3 separate emails from TMobile saying they were all received and assessed. I got a credit of $138 for each iphone XR I sent in (2) and $427 for an iphone 11 pro max. I was supposed to get $800per each XR and $1000 for the 11 pro max. They also credited the total amount of the trade in value to my account so the 1st payment did not get processed since it said I had a balance of -$703. This has been messed up from day one.27Visto0likes0Comentarios
