Changed by tmobile after returning Phone to Assurance
Filed an insurance claim in November and returned the broke device within a week to assurance. In Jan I noticed I have been billed for the phone even though assurance has had it since November. Assurance tells me T-Mobile should put a hold on the charges because they have the phone but T-Mobile keeps telling me to pay for it and they can't put a hold on the charges even though they see it's pending. I have the tracking information and assurance has already said they have the phone since November. No I'm not paying for a phone that yall have in your possession since November. This is outrageous! So come Feb 24th if the charges aren't dropped, I guess myself and my children will be left without a phone because I pay $16 per phone per month and paid $100 to get the phone fixed. Just like stated above, the map shows we should have good 5G coverage at my location but we have one bar or sos all the time. Also when you go to a parade or large gathering, T-Mobile service cannot handle it. No service. Imagine if a deadly emergency happened in a crowd of people and you couldn't get cell phone signal. Also we have T-Mobile internet which has 3 bars but the phone only has one 🤔. They're funneling the internet and service. Suppose to be in the best 5G network location but yet I'm running 73 mbps on my internet. Come on now. they also state that the towers are being upgraded. They always claim there's a tower being worked on but can never give an estimated fix date. Let's call it what it is. Not much service in this area. Technical support knows nothing and can never fix the issue. Technical support is basically customer service because they probably know nothing about anything technical. It's the engineers that do and you can never speak with them. How is it legal to sell someone something under false advertisement. I called to get on their military plan in the middle of the month. Now my bill went from 265 to 285. They said it had been prorated but my bill is still due at the same time every month. Never missed a bill and the military magenta is suppose to be cheaper.
