TMobile TLife sucks
Okay, TMobile is a large tech company specializing in wireless coms, right? Yes, this is true. So how is it that this TLife app that the company is jamming in my face unable to allow for the download of documents? If I click the download link, it changes color like it will do something and yet does nothing, nothing at all. So when I, a customer, am faced with a situation where I need the f#%king documents to show that TMobile is not living up to an agreement they made with me, I'm out of luck. Yet, without fail, your f#%king payment portal always works. The sales apparatus, always works. But when it's a thing that benefits customers TMobile could not care less. Can't you fix the app so that it does what you claim it will do? Or is it merely the claiming of a function good enough, no need to provide one. Is that enough to keep the government out of your hair, TMobile? Can someone provide a working app, please?235Visto0likes4ComentariosTLife app doesn't allow me to download documents

I can only speak to what they have done for me since coming over from Sprint and that is nothing. Unless a court forces them to do the right thing, they will simply ignore anyone with a claim. In 2021, after their gigantic loss of 54 million recordsI receiveda text message informing me that my and my wife's data was stolen. It wasn't ambiguous, wasn't a guess or hypothetical, it was very direct and spoke in absolutes. This happened and these are who was affected, I still have the text. I filed a claim and over a year later, I'm told "Sorry, you got nothin comming". No recourse at all, nothing I could do. I heard and read things and the opposite come to be. Since then, after speaking with a CSR on an unrelated matter I was asked if I wanted a watch, that they were"free" all I had to do was pay the tax up front as well as the plans which was like $5 per month per watch. Watches arrived and on my next bill I realized I was being charged for them. I called and raised 15 different kinds of hell with them and eventually was told my money would be returned and that I would receive packaging to send the watches back, neither happened. Fast forward to now, after speaking with multiple CSR's and "managers" Istill havethe watches, never gotmy money back and have cultivated such a deep dislike for this company and their methods. I would be more than happy to to attach my name to a lawsuit that would eventually see them loose the right to do business in this country. Like, lie to your customers as part of your corporate culture? No, you can't do business here anymore, period. But we all know this won't happen and they know it.4Visto0likes0ComentariosRe: LG V60 ThinQ screen or proximity sensor gone wonky and looking for solutions. My

Well in a perfect world that would happen but as crazy as this may sound to you, not everybody has the kind of money to just run out and buy a new phone when the one they just paid hundreds of dollars for should work. You may consider checking your privellege. I came here for a solution not snark.16Visto1like0ComentariosLG V60 ThinQ screen or proximity sensor gone wonky and looking for solutions. My
My wife's LG V60 ThnkQ has either a screen proiblem or a faulty proximity=ty sensor. This manifests it's self in this way. Numerous times during a a call her phone seems to drop the call. I can no longer hear her but she can hear me just fine. It's gotten to the point that I just calmly say your "Check your phone" and a few seconds later she will come back and I'll be able to hear her again. It's gotten progressively worse since we got the phone. Today, a 3 minute conversation it happened four times and made the conversation twice the length it needed to be. Basically the damn screen just turns on and her cheek will mute the call or call somebody else or who knows what? I have seen references to this issue on Reddit and here as well but if there has been a solution nobody says what it is. Here is the real problem: She works as a therapist for the city in which we live working with people at risk of all sorts of calamities and really cannot have a garbage phone with non working bits, this has go to stop. Also, we are still on Sprint's network since when we bought her phone and my Note 20 ultra T-Mobile's network in our area was as bad as can be imagined so the store put us back on the Sprint network. I'm not sure if that matters but it says give as mush detail as possible. No, she does have a screen protector even though cell phone screens are about as durable as eyeballs so even though it's stupid not to have one on the phone we cant really run the risk of that screwing up another feature. If you can offer some advice, please do as we are open to anything. Otherwise I'm going to use the insurance and get another phone. Thanks !1.2KViews0likes7Comentarios
