5GB International Pass timing
I plan to use the $35, 10-day, 5GB International Pass while traveling overseas. How are the 10 days calculated? If I set the plan to begin on Nov. 1, what, exactly, does that mean? Will the plan start at a second past midnight on the morning of Nov. 1 and end at a second before midnight on the night of Nov. 10, and, if so, in which time zone? Does it start/stop at midnight in my home time zone (U.S. Eastern), in another U.S. time zone, or in the time zone of my first destination, which is many hours ahead of the U.S.? Or does it start when I actually start using it?488Visto0likes1ComentarioGoGo in-flight wireless
What is the current status of free GoGo in-flight wireless with the regular Magenta plan? The T-Mobile website says the service is free for four full flights per year, plus for one hour on all other flights. However, when connecting to GoGo on Delta last week, there was no option to select whether I wanted to use one of my four full-flight credits or just connect for an hour. Since the flight was only 90 minutes long, I didn't want to waste one of my full-flight credits. The GoGo agent on chat said the limit no longer applies and that all Magenta customers now get unlimited in-flight wifi. I asked him to confirm that that applied to regular Magenta as well as to Magenta Max, and he said it did. He said he also confirmed with his supervisor. The T-Mobile website still says regular Magenta is limited to four full flights and one hour on other flights. Which is it? If the T-Mobile website is correct, how do I choose when I want to apply one of my four full-flight credits or use just one hour of service for the current flight?293Visto2likes1ComentarioPhysical SIM to eSIM and back
I have an unlocked Pixel 6 Pro on a T-Mobile Magenta plan. I currently have a physical SIM. I there any reason not to change to an eSIM? I've read that when I travel internationally, I'll be able to pop in my foreign physical SIM without risking losing my T-Mobile physical SIM, and I'll be able to use both SIMs simultaneously. What about if I ever want or need to go back to my T-Mobile physical SIM, for example if my phone ever dies and I need to use another, non-eSIM phone temporarily? Is it easy to switch back and forth between eSIM and physical SIM on T-Mobile? Will I be able to reuse my existing physical SIM and do it by self-service, or will I have to visit a store or order a new SIM by mail?614Visto0likes3Comentarios
