Is it possible to use a different device on my line without losing the monthly discount towards my EIP balance?
12 months ago, I purchased the iPhone 14 (base model) on a 24-month payment plan, and got on the promotional rebate that reduced my monthly payments to around $8. (P135 2022 Apple Trade P32) I am currently on the Magenta MAX plan. I'm looking to purchase the iPhone 15 Pro Max (without trade-in to avoid paying the rest of the balance and losing out on the monthly discount). If I made the purchase outright on the line with the existing device, would the equipment payment plan and monthly rebate remain in place, or would I need to pay the remaining balance on the iPhone 14?Solved1.3KViews0likes2ComentariosRe: Official iPhone 14 Preorder Thread
Given that the 14 Pro and Pro Max are the vast majority of sales, and that the 14 Plus is selling only around 5% of preorders, Apple may alter their prodiction to produce more of the Pro and Pro Max models so they can catch up with demand. I'm having no issues, since I wanted the base 14 (out for delivery as I type), but it is very interesting to see how the pre-orders are progressing.4Visto0likes0ComentariosRe: iPhone 14 Pro Pre-Order Chaos
I managed to get on the phone with a rep I chatted to early in the process, and was able to complete my pre-order of an iPhone 14, with a trade-in of my 12 mini. They credited my bill with $50 as an apology, and it looks like everything went through. One interesting note is that while the initial trade-in value of the 12 mini was listed, I was not able to find details on the 24 monthly bill credits, or the promo part of the offer at all. I'm not sure if this is something that will show up once they have evaluated the 12 mini after I send it in, but it is interesting that there is nowhere that the full trade-in promo is reflected in any of the documentation I have.3Visto0likes0ComentariosRe: I have a Galaxy S20 FE 5G (ported from Verizon) but Wi-Fi Calling is not in the settings
Thanks for the reply. I purchased it through Verizon, then switched to T-Mobile fairly recently. Since making this post I called T-Mobile technical support, and they altered a flag against the IMEI (I don't know what it actually was), and the option appeared. Something on the T-Mobile side did not know that the device was capable of WiFi Calling, and enabling this flag told the device the option was available on the network. Once this was done, I could then see the option in the settings and take it from there.8Visto0likes0ComentariosI have a Galaxy S20 FE 5G (ported from Verizon) but Wi-Fi Calling is not in the settings
I have set up the E911 address etc. for the T-Mobile Account, but I am unable to enable or utilize this option, as it does not appear in the Connections settings on the device. Has anyone seen this?734Visto0likes6ComentariosRe: Unable to log into My tmobile
I'm attempting to log in to the My T-Mobiel App on the phone, however it seems to complain about no internet access. All other internet Apps are successful, and I can get in to all kinds of web sites, however the App seems to have a server-side issue. I even cleared the cache, restarted the App, and it still fails to actually log in. Is there a problem with some of the servers for T-Mobile?5Visto0likes0Comentarios
