I have only been with them for 32 hours and yet have had more rude comments and technical problems then Verizon which I was with for 3 years. I switched over from Verizon but I did start a new number. I wanted a fresh start went with Samsung and all that. Well when I went in I had a idea in mind of what I was getting and that was the s23 ultra. Well they set me up with an account without asking which plan I wanted which they chose for me bissness which is not at all what I wanted and it being that why made it so couldn't get the s23 ultra because it was a 400$ down payment. Well it wouldn't be if the dude asked me any questions. I'm actually pissed off and want to know if t-moble will actually help me out on this or if I have to move carriers again even though I just started.Solved
