17 TopicsT-Mobile Id for business customers
I am small business customer and since the time we switched from Verizon (Feb 2024) we have not been able to create the T-Mobile id required for us to take advantage of the offers we get such as Netflix and AppleTV. I have tried calling customer servicelike 5-6 times (for real) but no one seems to know how this works for business customers. All the instructions they provide are not there in the business customers portal. I am still not able to believe that I am having to use community help for something that we are entitled to get from customer service. Any assistance is appreciated.52Visto0likes0Comentariostrying to create an account
I am trying to create an account for my business wifi tower. And to be able to use T-life app because I am having a horrible time with my wifi tower and itbuffering. It will not stop buffering and then after a bit it finally just quits working and we have to wait an hour or so then try it again. So I was trying to get the app to see how to troubleshoot it. When I try to create an account for the t-life app it tells me to enter the code that was sent to the number but there is no code. It keeps telling me to go to: tfb.t-mobile.com But then when I do it won't let me create an account. I don't know how to create an account to use the app. And since I can't get the app, I can't troubleshoot and figure out why my wifi isn't working like it should. Can anyone help me with all of this?!?55Visto0likes0Comentariost-mobile hub invite
T-Mobile Hub is a disaster for business accounts. I had a business account but it for some reason my login was deleted from the systems and I had to apply for a new one. So I had to get a new invite. Here is what I went through. I contacted T-mobile 04 4/3 and she was supposed to get me an invite. I contacted them again on 4/8 as I did not get an invite. The new rep could not find any notes on my previous call so I had to request a new invite. She told me that they would send a new email in 1-3 bus days and I had to continuously monitor my email and within 30 minutes of receiving the email, click on their link. Is that a way to run a business?77Visto0likes0ComentariosTMobile Engineer / Operations Support - TMO blocking email to text from sendgrid seriously impacting business
Hi, Tmobile just recently changed protocol about 10 days ago. We are an answering service and we've been seeing the majority of our messages to doctors, business owners, etc being blocked from Tmobile. Sendgrid is showing that Tmobile is blocking the messages in an effort to cut down on spam. All of our messages are legitimate. Sendgrid is trying to push us to using Twilio's Text to Text API (which I suspect is because Sendgrid was bought out by Twilio and trying to get us to pay an arm and a leg for per text messaging rates). I need to reach out to t-mobile to determine how all of our messages can be added to a whitelist. Blocking our legitimate messages to our customers because they originate from email instead of text to text is seriously impacting our business and we need to find a work around for this asap. That or our only immediate solution will be to tell hundreds of t-mobile uses to switch carriers. I need to get a phone number or email to someone that has the authority to help with this issue - someone w/ TMobile's engineer team - is there someone who can point me in the right direction on who to reach out to. The general TMO support line has been no help despite multiple calls and multiple messages that have amounted to - "don't call us, we'll call you..." and we have yet to hear ANYTHING back after a week and a half!322Visto2likes1ComentarioT mobile Offer not honored
In December, I was made an offer to switch mobile operators. They offered to refund me the amount I paid for my phones with that operator. After that, they sent me the SIM cards and the phones, but it wasn't until January when they activated them. Additionally, I took an iPad without confirming that I would keep it. As of today, they have NOT refunded me the money. The agent handling my case says that there was an "error" when activating the lines and they cannot refund me. In addition to that, |TMobile charged me from December to January WITHOUT ACTIVATING the lines, and they have also NOT provided instructions for returning the iPad. And keep charging it into my bill. Nobody is taking responsibility for my case. My advisor is not responding to my calls, and call me on each15 days, and the person who activated the lines late is washing their hands of it, as well. My switch to T-Mobile has been a nightmare, and it seems like they don't want to honor an offer they made to me on December. The conditions regarding the erroneous activation are the responsibility of T-Mobile and its agents, not mine. I have everything in writing. I´m paying more that offered, they can not honored the offer made, and can not received the IPAD back (new, on this box) to keep charging my bill for it?. How can help me on that?68Visto0likes0Comentariosis there a way to restart my account
I switched over from Verizon but I did start a new number. I wanted a fresh start went with Samsung and all that. Well when I went in I had a idea in mind of what I was getting and that was the s23 ultra. Well they set me up with an account without asking which plan I wanted which they chose for me bissness which is not at all what I wanted and it being that why made it so couldn't get the s23 ultra because it was a 400$ down payment. Well it wouldn't be if the dude asked me any questions. I'm actually pissed off and want to know if t-moble will actually help me out on this or if I have to move carriers again even though I just started.Solved158Visto0likes3Comentarioscoverage in Downtown San Diego
The problem started January 2022 with both of ourphone getting really bad service in the heart of downtown San Diego.T Mobile coverage map shows5G enhanced services in all of downtown San Diego but when we test both of our phones Samsung S22 Ultra and IPhone 11 Pro Max we get less than LTE for a 3 block radius and tech support has checked the phone many time in store and online . The cell tower has been getting upgrades for 9 months and nothing changes even when a ticket is sent to tower sitestaff that say they respond they have5G service. So should we file a complaint with the State of California consumer affairs for consumers fraud with miss leading marketing of services that tech staff say isn't there. We have called 10 Plus time and get no help. We asked fora create for less than LTE services for 9 Months and the best T Mobile can offers is $75 when we have paid over $700 in charges. Really at the end of our rope with T Mobile and how you do business HELP285Visto0likes2ComentariosT-mobile Scam
We switched from Verizon to T-Mobile on October 4, 2023 in Richmond, Indiana. The store did not have the iPhone that we wanted in stock. T-Mobile shipped the phone to my house and requested I ship my phone to their facility. I printed the tracking number that was provided by T-mobile and shipped my old phone to the facility. The tracking number indicates that the phone was received by their facility. T-Mobile has failed to credit my account thus voiding the promotion we signed up under and charging us over $800. I have tried to connect with Tmobile numerous times over the phone and in the store and no solution has ever been provided. T-Mobile fails to provide anything in writing indicating they will honor the promotion we signed up under and still showing an outstanding balance. This is a scam and I would like to hold T-Mobile accountable for their shady actions.166Visto1like1Comentario
