Try contacting Tmobile support using messenger on one of Tmobile’s social media platforms like Facebook or Twitter.

Not really at the end of the day what I want to do. I want to stay with them but this is making it hard to commit fully. I went in to ask about all these problems to my local tmoble and I got rude comments. I just want to fix what problems they caused I like my new number and everything but when I'm treated like I don't know what I'm talking about its hard. I asked about both my account and it's number which where never Givin to me and my phone having a problem. They told me that I would have to pay the restock fee. Like what the hell it's not my fault yall gave me a phone with hardwear defects. I have only been with them for 32 hours and yet have had more rude comments and technical problems then Verizon which I was with for 3 years. All I ask is that they get there customer service in check and have a working phone and phone plan
