This is clearly fraud lying about speeds
I said in previous posts that I was getting 2G-3G speeds I'm even getting these speeds in my regular service. They said "To 600KBPs not "Up To" and this screenshot is actually fast compared to what I get most the time and I get this speed in the beginning of my bill cycle too This proves I'm only getting 3 G at best barely reaching 4G T Mobile is a scamRe: Scammed by T-mobile, now what?
T Mobile continues to run their business illegally they banned me from calling because I barely get 2G or 3G speeds in 2024 I've been owning cell phones since 1997 I knowthe difference its 2024 and my service 10 years ago was faster than what I'm getting I was also told that my hotspot would be throttled TO 600 KBPS not UP TO! I'm barely getting 50 KBPS! in 2024!!! My phone can't even play a song from YouTube Music on the very first day of my billing cycle without freezing. I'm getting at best 3G at all times they don't just throttle my data. They block my phone from receiving data altogether. so I'm getting extremely limited data in connection quality and the amount I receive I'm being punished by T Mobile because they had to credit me $100 plus dollars for having almost zero service since I moved to Tampa now I practically don't get service at all at any time in Tampa this has been the worst company ever I hate T Mobile when I first got service with T Mobile again a couple years back they added a ghost line to my service and used it to steal SIM cards and do SIM cards swaps I was paying for a line I didn't know I had. Illegally t mobile is a criminal organization don't speak highly of them and call them a business that's just being too generousRe: Throttling + Hot Spot... Is it really unlimited data?
No it's not unlimited data. T mobile is trying to create a monopoly solely to reduce choices in order to trap and scam consumers this can easily be proven because they recently bought Mint right now my service as a whole at all times even on the first day of my billing cycle is being held hostage by t mobile. ever since I got banned from calling customer service. I ONLY have 3G service not LTE not even 5G internet service in the 90's was faster than my phone connection and my hotspot I'm not getting anything over 100 kbps ever in 2024Re: T-Mobile and being "SO MUCH better than when we had it last
On the first day of my billing cycle they will throttle my speeds I'm get 30 KBPS speed at best in 2024 it takes 24 hours for me to download a 500 MB file On The very first day of my billing cycle and up to 3 days to upload a 1GB Video imo T Mobile service doesn't even exist I can't even use YouTube Music on the very first day of my cycle without the song freezing at least 10 times while I'm driving I get 2G speeds 95% of the time it's so bad last month I made them refund me $100 now they banned me from calling them or going to their stores I used to be a manager at Radio Shack and the phone service back then in the 90's is actually better than what I get now its that terrible we need to file a class action lawsuit the fact that they moved the call centers to the Philippinesas a way to make the money they spent buying Sprint back. Says a lot T Mobile has a lot to hide and at this point I'm convinced that they refuse to provide us with any kind of service whatsoever quality service is a distant stretch I'm not even getting prepaid quality service as a postpaid customer When companies merge they calculate how many people they need to lay off to get their money back and they are getting their money back at T Mobile by denying is even terrible cell phone service my phone has almost no service at all 95% of the timeRe: T-Mobile and being "SO MUCH better than when we had it last
T Mobile service is a scam. it's worse than terrible. Probably the worst ever. Even worse than PrePay they throttle my phone and keep my connection at "EDGE" speeds at best no matter where I am even when my bars say 5G the service is still worse than anything I had 10 YEARS AGO!!! Im getting 2008 quality and speed from my iPhone 13 Pro in 2024 T Mobile Merged With Sprint for the sole intent and purpose of gaining more customers to scam My service is twice as slow as everyone I know who is using cricket or some other pre pay service
