How can I tell if my account is eligible for the new promotion “ 2022 BYOD Line P1 “?
The only people who can answer if you qualify for it, is Customer Care or the T-Force Team. Reach out to Customer Care via 611 from your T-Mobile line and speak to someone who can access your account and confirm eligibility. There will be a $35 one-time fee but for that fee, they will 2 Day air you a new SIM at no additional charge. That fee must be paid before the promotional line can be added.
