ALWAYS HAVING TO PULL TEETH
This is nothing new. Pulling teeth to get credit owed you. Who can they blame? Who can they pass it on too? You need to do this. You need to do that. After my 5th attempt they can have it, they win, I give up. Not worth it. I swore this time I was going to get what was due me. NO MATTER WHAT! But they prevailed. They win. I give up. It's only money and you can't take it with ya.
Have you tried contacting Tmobile support using messenger on one of tmobile's social media platforms like Facebook or Twitter to see if they can help?
