Anyone else experiencing inaccurate hotspot usage reports?

Is anyone else not getting the proper mobile hotspot usage data reported to their account? I called T-mobile and the say I've used 7 gbs of mobile hotspot data yet it only reports as 0.01 gbs used. And this is supposed to be the most reliable source of being able to track my hotpot usage other than calling in to ask.

    Hey there. Great news! The issues with the Detailed Usage on the app and website has now been fixed. 😁 I recommend logging out of your account and clearing history before you try again. I did on my account and it is loading like normal. YAY!!

    Hey there. Thanks for sharing what you are seeing. We have identified an issue with the usage details on the T-Mobile website and app. We are working towards a solution. To consolidate a bit, I am closing this topic for future comments.   •  I'm seeing the same issue.  This month I've used several gigs of mobile hotspot data, and yet the website shows this:

    Check the cycle date reset for the hotspot. It may be different than the actual date. Change the date to what it is supposed to be and it should reflect the usage. 

    Mine resets on the 11th. On Android phones I have the change it because I never activate them on the 11th.
