Autopay not working

Call Customer Care. They can get your payment.info entered manually and make sure everything is setup properly.
Same problem here.. for the last 3 months!! I'm seriously sick of this !! Went to my local T-Mobile store to troubleshoot the problem and signed up for Autopay again ! Boom a few days later locked out! Talked to Support a few times and each time they set me back up in auto pay and the app acknowledges it and guess what I'm not signed up and I can't even make a payment!! I have to call Again or go the T-Mobile store !! I'm so sick of these inconveniences !!! Other than the Mgr and her assistant mgr..the other associates need to work on their customer service skills ! The attitudes on their faces ..Omg like I'm bothering you!! I was with Sprint for 20 years and never had any reoccurring problems like this !!! This is the last straw !! Get it fixed or I'm switching carriers !!
