Being Charged for Web Calling
I have been using web calling for at least 3 years to call my mother in the UK from the USA. This week I started to get charged for these web calls. This is unacceptable, and very annoying. The tech I spoke to confirmed that the calls were wifi calls and should not have been charged. But it is still happening. I will probably have to drop my T-Mobile service if this continues.
If the calling area is not included in your plan. The call has a charge. WiFi Calling is not an exception to billable calls made overseas.
