can i upgrade while my family are still paying for their phones
my family members recently upgraded their phones without and now my phone is payed off and i’d like to upgrade to the iphone 12 pro, i was told by one of them that i cannot upgrade my phone until their phones and accessories are payed off, is this true?
That all depends. If one of them upgraded using your line for their upgrade. Then you will have to wait or use the upgrade on another line with it available. If your line lists that you can upgrade, then you are eligible to upgrade any time you wish.

172.48I am disputing 2 payments that were made on 1-11-2021 of $172.48 & on 1-25-2021 of $149.16 through my account using the debit card xxxxxxxx35649441. These 2 payments are showing on my bank statement. They do not show on my account for t mobile.

This is a T-Mobile forum mostly inhabited by customers. If you have any billing issues with T-Mobile, contact Customer Care. Those charges, look like something from AT&T. Perhaps call your bank and dispute those charges through them as well. Most important. Please don't post your personal info on a public internet forum.
