cancelled my plan but i want to pay off my phone
Hola,
im no longer living in America, so I canceled my plan service. But I still have to pay off my phone that I bought with you guys. The problem is I can't log in on the app anymore because I canceled my plan, and I can't call customer service because I don't have a cellphone plan. I have the new iPhone 14 and they don't have SIM card holders anymore, it's all online.
So how can I pay this phone and my bill if I can鈥檛 log in on my account or call T-Mobile?
Since it's a Tmobile phone try calling the international number for support.

Yea tried calling it and it used all my credit I put on my phone 馃檭
Are you using the Tmobile phone to call? It's only free from a Tmobile phone. Since the iPhone isn't paid it's not unlocked.
