Cheated out of phone trade in value
I'm a prior long time sprint customer. T-mobile bought them out and upgraded to 5G. My wife's samsung 7S edge would not work on 5G and my iphone 6 was getting old enough that I could no longer upgrad...
Same thing here, 400.00 credit for three phones or 1200.00. Turned in phones on 10/03/22. Have UPS tracking info saying they dropped off on doc in Texas. No credit applied, accounted was migrated to TMobile in Dec. 22. TMobile says not our problem, Sprint says they received phones but only applied 75.00 total, just total absolute BS. Not sure about recourse but if anyone knows an avenue for recourse,let me know.
