So I was shopping for a new carrier months ago. T-Mobile told me that I qualified for the first responders plan so I signed up. I had my state uniform on from work. Few months later my bill goes up, ...
Go back in store and have them apply the correct plan with first responders discount. While you are still in the store log in to the Tmobile app and verify your status check with the associate and make sure you did it correctly
