"Eligibility" Problems with Keep and Switch promotion
I am having the following issue and I was wondering if anyone else has encountered the same problem:
I switched from AT&T after checking that my current phone was eligible for the Keep and Switch promotion, paid off my phone (Samsung Galaxy Note10+ 4G), ported my number, kept all my receipts from when I paid off my phone, and I still get the message that “You do not have an eligible device to bring to T-Mobile, but you may still be eligible to purchase...” blah, blah, blah when I go to switch2t-mobile.com.
Thing is, I DO have an eligible phone according to the website, even put in my IMEI number to make sure it was eligible for the promotion. I can't even get to the point where I submit my documentation, receipts, screenshots, etc., it just punts me back to the error message page.
I hope some of you have found a resolution to this problem, and that no one else is having it. I've spent way too many hours dealing with this.

I too checked with the respresentative before I moved all my lines to Tmobile. I got an error saying I am not eligible for the promotion (Iphone Pro Max). This is false advertising.

I guess I'll be going back to Verizon. I was told our phones were eligible for switch2t-mobile by a representative. After switching our accounts over, the website says that our devices are not eligible even though they are listed on the website that they are. Our phones were not purchased secondhand, we bought them from our previous carrier. I'm really upset and disappointed, I feel like I was really misled by T-mobile

Was this ever solved, I’m having the same problems with iphone12 Pro Max.
System gives me the same "You do not have an eligible device to bring to T-Mobile….” message before I can even enter the amount I paid off on the phone.
I’m reached out to T-Force on Twitter and they said to wait 48 hours and try again, I’m sure that’s gonna work...NOT!

With one of my lines it is saying the phone we brought over is not compatible after I was told by a representative that it was. I gave them the IMEI number and everything and now I've paid my first bill not knowing. So my son is having issues with the phone and it is not allowing him to make call out or receive texts

I am having the same problem. Brought over an iPhone 12 Pro Max and now after moving everything over they're telling me my phone is not eligible. I do not have a resolution yet but I will be working with the promotion team and if necessary filing a complaint with the BBB.
