How long for T-Mobile to post and update payment on account page
Hi all, new to T-Mobile and I have a billing question. I'm not a fan of auto pays in general and pay all my bills manually from my B of A bill pay service. I paid my first T-Mobile bill a few days ago and it's processed and delivered but my account page doesn't show that it's been paid yet. So for those who pay with your bank's bill pay, how long does it take for the account to reflect the payment?
It will take a few days to update but you should get a text letting you know a payment was posted.
Gracias por informarme. That's pretty much how Verizon did it. One of the few things I liked about Verizon was they always kept me updated on my account status. Too bad they were so expensive for so little. Fingers crossed with T-Mobile, so far so good.
