no cellular service

I have not had cellular data service each time I leave home. I have a Magenta Plan for 55+ and paying a monthly international Plan. T-Mobile has not been able to resolve my complaint. What's the next step I should take to resolve this situation?

    What device are you using and did you purchase the device from T-Mobile?  The T-Force Team, which can be reached via Facebook or Twitter is usually a good place to start if you have gone through all of the troubleshooting steps to try and identify the issue.
