your “Chief Officer” will need to contact TMO since everything is under their name and not yours..unless they have you assigned as someone that can handle their account listed in there you are unable to do anything with his account.

Why was the number canceled? If it was a prepaid number that went more than 60 days without an active plan. Then the number is going to be recycled back into the pool of available numbers. They will also need a new prepaid SIM because once a SIM is deactivated, it can't be activated again.
If it is regarding a postpaid plan. Excessive roaming, unpaid bills more than 3 months past due, or the device not being on the T-Monile network for a minimum of 6 months out of the year, are just a few things that can get an account canceled.
Either way, they will need to contact Customer Care by dialing 611 from their T-Mobile device or reach out to T-Mobile through Facebook or Twitter to see what their options are.
