Bank completed payment for equipment plan but T-mobile is not showing new amount nor activity.

Its 12 days later and still saying the 112 and locked device.. I am going to wait until the new billing cycle shows up and then see what kind of move i need to make.
I have been dealing with issues since I got my phone every month it’s something with my bill I pay it T-Mobile says they didn’t get it or the bank returned it and my bank has even wrote a certified letter stating that my money was given to T-Mobile and they still say no making me repay my bill all over again with fees of being late and returning payment even though they got the money they charge my account anytime they feel like it 2weeks ago they took 225 then another 101 then shuts my line off saying they never got any payments and want 225 again it’s a scam I think at this point I switched for a lower bill and I think I should have kept the high bill I have never been though so much bs in my life so I had to dispute the original payments since they made me pay them again saying they didn’t get them but don’t investigate nothing my bank investigated fully through and gave me the letter T-Mobile didn’t care would not even look at it said they looked at there system and they don’t have it but where is my money going you took it and my bill only supposed to be 113 a month every month I pay 140 big difference I
