Discounts for Military & Veterans
I got an internet router for my home from y'all. It didn't work for some reason and it was sent in and a replacement was sent out. When you received the router no one shut off the line and I was charged for 2 years. As a disabled Veteran who was here for the great service to military and veterans I was astonished when I saw this happening. I asked for a refund and was told of the 26 months 2 would be refunded. i spoke with customer service to get it activated. At that point you failed to inform me of the problem. When other customer care representatives called and asked if there was anything else they could do to help me with the account they never responded to me that I had been charged for the two lines for months. So each time they viewed my account saw a different account for my
internet with no connection and no access but they continued to charge me 55 dollars month for over 2 years. As money got tight I was looking to the bill to see where I could get it reduced to pay less monthly and saw this was the issues with the bill that I was being over charged for 2 YEARS. Do I need to seek help from military legal services or the ATTORNEY GENERAL to help with get the money back? My plate was empty so many times so my baby wouldn't be hungry or not have enough. I struggled with my mental health and had no motivation to get out of bed at times. 2 months is what I get when you start to fix this!?!? My month bill should be gone for 2 years.
