Misrepresentation about new iphone

I too think their signup bonus was VERY misleading.  I was told I would get $400 for my old phone.  Now they say they won't give me ANYTHING for it, and they won't return it either.  That's fraud and theft in my book.  That phone is MINE, they didn't give me a penny for it and will now use it's parts to make themselves more money.  I'm very disgusted with them.  I switched from Verizon to them and find I am STILL paying Verizon for wifi.  I thought T-mobile would pay for everything!  Apparently they allow their employees to promise ANYTHING because they only abide by their fine fine print on pages and pages of material that no one but a lawyer could understand.
