Select Employment Verification" doent show under profile.
Hi T-mobile, One of representative helped me in for T-mobile work perks, when i go to website and try for verification I dont see any option which says "Select Employment Verification." on step 3 ...
I called 877-334-7099 and they were able to assist me. I didn't even have a long wait time before being helped.
I'm having the same problem and it's very frustrating! I qualify for work perks through my employer, but there is nowhere to complete step 3 shown below. My profile only offers the option for first responder verification and military verification.

Visita my.t-mobile.com/profile o abrir la Aplicación T-Mobile e ingresa.

If you are not already on the Profile page, select Perfil from the top right menu.

Elige Verificación de empleo.

Confirma tu situación laboral:

Participa Nombre de la compañía

Participa Nombre y apellido

Participa Employment Work Email

Confirmar Employment Work Email

Participa Dirección postal

Si podemos realizar la verificación de inmediato, verás "Employment Verification Verified (verificación de empleo completada)". ¡Ya está todo listo!
