reinstate cancelled phone number
Hello! I received a notice that my Tmobile number has been cancelled, would love your help to reinstate it please! Thank you!! The number is 774-408-0996.
This is a user to user forum with some tmobile moderation that don't have account access so you need to contact Tmobile support using messenger on one of tmobile's social media platforms to see if they can help you they also are a higher tier of support.
Once a number has been cancelled, it is put back into the system to be issued to another or future customer. If it has been issued to another customer, you will not be able to get that number back and even if it hasn't been reissued. You will need a new SIM card and there is still a possibility that it won't be available to be issued again yet.
Did you get any reason for why it was canceled? Like nonpayment or account was closed. Did you request it be canceled?

If it was a prepaid account. They are automatically canceled after 60 days of no active plan.
