Travel to Spain: Will Magenta Max 55+ work?

Going to Spain soon - hoping to use the international 5gb data plan and 25cents/min that are included in the Magenta Max 55+ but when I go to check if Spain is covered on the Tmobile app - its says that T mobile doesn't operate there yet? Is that for real or is it a bug? I find it hard to believe that Spain is not covered … Says same thing for Portugal, and France … must be a bug.
