Upgrade Question

I have 2 EIP’s on my line for a Pixel 6 and a Pixel 7.

so would I have to continue paying off the pixel if i upgrade to another phone?

Customer Care or.the T-Force Team would be able to tell you what your options are after looking at your account.  Give 611 a call or direct message T-Mobile on Facebook or Twitter to inquire whether or not you have to pay off your current device before being eligible to upgrade to a new one.  Any device on an EIP with money still owing is not eligible to trade-in.

in ther past ive been able to upgrade my phone as long as i had half of it paid off.

I upgraded my wife's phone through Best Buy but for some reason Tmobile applied the EIP to my line and according to Mytmobile account I'm still eligible for an upgrade.

You can sign into your mytmobile account and go through the motions in upgrading your phone to see if it gives you the options of having 2 active EIP’s.
