What all is the usage adress used for?
I noticed this morning that my usage address didn't match my billing address and I honestly had no idea it even existed. I have had reason to believe someone has been using my phone to stalk me for a long time now and I was wondering if my usage address being a certain address could mean my phone number was used at this address? if not is it possible to get a list of where my phone may have been used say if my sim had been cloned or something?
Usage address is in relation to E911 services. When using WiFi Calling to contact emergency services, the usage address is the one that will show up for them and where your emergency call will be routed to the closest local dispatch.
Usage address is just used for tax purposes.. E911 is a separate address.
I’ve set my usage address to a state with low taxes with no issues.
