Where Are The TMo Reps???
Do they even come into the community forum???
the FB/Twitter agents are tier 2 support compared to the call in tier 1 support agents. much higher completion/fix rate compared to the call in agents.
they dont have account access so if its anything needing fixed internally theyre unable to do it..call in or the preferred method would be through either Facebook or Twitter..
