Got my 1st Samsung (galaxy 23 plus). Big issues.

Samsung Switch did not move any data from my apps.

Samsung doesn’t offer a mail app.

I just want to return this miserable P.O.S. and get a different phone.  No phone has 
ever driven me to this point.

    You can use SmartSwitch to copy over stuff from your old device.  If that device is more than a few years old though.  You will not want to do that because older apps might not be compatible with OneUI5 and Android 13 and this could also be the reason that your data was not copied over.  You can use SMS Backup and Restore from the PlayStore for your texts and just redownload your other apps from the PlayStore. 

    Samsung does have a mail app and it's awesome!  You have to download it from the Samsung Galaxy Store because it does not come preinstalled.
