Still don't my account active
I spent 17 hours on the phone to start service.Finally got everything don around 10:30pm Wed.My phone sat on T-Mobiles dock until last night, I just want to pick it up at the store. ID was stolen so they won't give it to me. Have a DMV Appt for net Thursday. Doesn't help today. Any way around this?
no.. sadly they will need to prove you are in fact you before they hand anything over.
