T Mobile App Not Working
I am a new customer, and so far the app does not work for me. When I try to login it gets stuck in a loading loop, which is a progress bar, then two spinning wheels, then repeat. I have been a customer for a few days now, and it still doesn't work. Samsung S23 Ultra.
Same here I just replied to another post. I tried it on my s21 ultra, iPad and s24ultra today . Same issue. It starts looping and trying to load after the login. Eventually it did work on my iPad not sure why but it still loops when I open it now. So I may have gotten lucky on the iPad earlier today. I have just been using it on the browser. It's really no different, in my opinion.
