Apple replaced my broken phone, now what do I do to activate it?
My Iphone 12 pro max broke, and since i have Apple Care, Apple replaced my phone. But what do I do now to make sure the new phone is registered with T-Mobile? Do I need to do anything other than transfer the SIM card to the new phone?
if you were still paying on the old device you might want to contact TMO and let them know the new devies IMEI info and let them know its a warranty replacement so all the new devices info matches with what is in the system.
other than that swap the sim cards and you should be good to go.
