Estimated ship date earlier than what says on website
I just ordered the iPhone 14 Pro Max in Deep Purple, a T-Mobile Rep told me that the estimated ship date was between October 8th and October 24th. Looking on the app it was showing an estimated ship date of October 1st to October 4th. I guess i'm taking the word of the rep that the app wasn't/isn't updating properly. I hate having to sit and anxiously wait for something I worked my butt off for. Did anybody else order an iphone 14 pro max 128 GB in deep purple with an estimated ship date October 8- October 24th and have it ship already?
The initial ship-to date is 90% of the time a "worst case" scenario. They try to set realistic expectations. That forecasted shipping date can be updated, you can track the shipment right from the T-Mobile App. Also tracking info is emailed to you so click on the link in the email if you can't find it on the App. But if you're still not finding the answers that you're looking for call into care. 611 from your phone, or chat online
