not what rep told me
We switched from Verizon to TMobile in June 2023 and were told that when the new iPhones came out in September, we could trade in our iPhone 13s. I had a 13 Pro and upgraded to 15 Pro. I was told I would owe a little over $100. My husband had a 13 and was told he would owe nothing extra. That is not the case. We are being charged for the new phones.
in most scenarios like this the starting phones that are about to be traded in would need to be paid off and if there were any promos attached to it then said promo would stop.
Are you getting bill credits that haven't started yet?
